Commuters being ********** as a result of the industrial action by Gautrain staff - Monthly product expired without using the service.

My Gautrain monthly product expired, while still left with two weeks of travel, and this was as a result of the industrial action that took place in August. I lodged a refund claim online on the 11th Sep, and to date no action or communication has been forthcoming from Gautrain.
