Commuter Safety and Caple Theft Related Delays Huge Concern

Delayed AGAIN this morning for 50 min from Hatfield to Sandton due to cable theft. Come on Gautrain I am paying a lot for using you. Surely you know its going to happen so why are you not deploying more security. Then even more concerning is arriving at Pta station commuters just push and force their way onto already full train. This was the second time that I experienced. On the first occasion a lady nearly fell and this morning an elderly lady was clearly in discomfort. Other commuters merely force and push their way onboard ignoring the safety of others. All of this happens in full sight of three security guards ignoring pleas for assistance. One guard inside the train just ask "what must I do?" Unacceptable and definitely a safety concern for commuters. The Gautrain offers so much potential but if one's safety is not guaranteed because of ineffective commuter control it is not worth using. Irrespective we just have to suck it up and pay for poor service. I would like to know what the Gautrain will do to improve commuter safety especially at Pta station and solve the theft of cables.
