Change of policy

I am a long time user of the The Gautrain, and ever since the policy has been await passengers disembarking the train to finish, before one embarks the train.<br> <br> Today my experience was different, at Park Station while awaiting to board the 7:50 8 car train, upon all passengers finishing disembark, the doors were closed not allowing embarkation for other passengers and me.<br> <br> If this is new policy, please communicate so, if it's a non compliant practice then cut it to avoid it repetition, if it is non BAU act then how will you ensure it does not get repeated.<br> <br> Commutter
