Buses are ALWAYS late or unavailable and little to no communication from staff!

If I could give them a zero I would, Hatfield gautrain buses are always late and little to no communication from staff about the difficulties or delays, you could wait for 20 minutes for the bus only to be told after your bus is already 5 minutes late that there is no bus and you will have to wait a further 20-40 minutes for a bus, poor service which results in many of us being late for work in the mornings. We’ve tried arriving earlier to avoid delays but the problems still persist! Gautrain needs to get more buses of the ones they currently have can’t handle the schedule, inconveniencing the customer instead isn’t a step in the right direction
