Bus incident

Yesterday i got a call I don't who called but it was a guy asking what happened and he heard what happened and he was sorry about it. And it has been sorted and it will never happen again. The disappointing part about what he said was that on their side there is nothing that they can do cause gautrain was a public transport I if I want help I should go to road accident fund cause I was telling him how am feeling that i have a terrible headache and a back ache.. my question is who should have Made sure that my health is okay cause this happened in their transport and I didn't ask to be hit on head and my body cause of poor maintenance of their busses.... ??? Am really disappointed and from the response I got that showed nothing but disrespect and unprofessional management. Greetings My name is Dineo letswalo I stay by Rivonia in Sandton Got into a 12:58 bus just now. On my way to where I was going had a one of your epipments hitting me on my head and on my hand. I really don't know nothing at this Point is wrong with Me .. The driver had to stop and check if I was fine.. this is really unacceptable and out of order imagine how bad this could have turned. My question is I wonder is your buses are serviced cause they where this was not gonna happen. Am really disappointed and still in disbelieve on what just happened.....
