Bus driver

I would like to log a complaint. I took the train from Sandton 16:34 and arrived at Midrand at 16:44. I then took the bus to Noordwyk (8050S) registration no.: BC 33 LH GP. From the time that the bus dropped off people at the bus stop ( Opposite Carlswarld Decor Centre) which is before where I get off (Stop opposite She'll garage on New Road) I had already stood up and made my way to the door. I tried pressing the buzzers inside to request the bus to stop but it was not working. Regardless of that the bus driver was looking at me using the mirror he could see that there is a problem with the buzzers. I was still at the door before he got to the bus stop. Explained to him that the buzzers are not working and I'm jumping off at that bus stop he just carried on as if im invisible and he's deaf and continued to drive. He then went on to drive and stopped for the traffic light which was red (I understand that they are not allowed to just stop anywhere) mind you the traffic lights are a few feet away from the bus stop I still requested to jump off he just looked at me. He then drove off with me and I had to jump off at the next stop which is all the way at San Ridge Centre and walk back.
