BUS COMPLAINT

I stay in Morningside and use the 6:51am bus to the sandton station. I wait for it at stop number 2 and it’s supposed to arrive at that bus stop around 6:53am. My problem is that: on two occasions this bus has “left me” behind. I’m always by the bus stop at 6:46am and it’s appalling to me how can a 6:51 bus leave me when I’m always at the stop by 6:46!!!!!

My judgement to this problem is that the bus drivers do not dispatch the morning buses on time like they should, as they take advantage of the fact that gallo manor doesn’t usually have a lot of passengers. If the bus schedule says 6:51am it departs from stop1, then I expect the bus to do just that!

I have laid a complaint on the website before and nothing happened. No one even contacted me.
