Boom out of order makes many late

Despite the wonderful schedule presented if the boom doesn't work and there be no communication about it , all my plans for tonight are *****ed up.<br> <br> My son was standing at school in the dark waiting for me to fetch him and I would have been on time if the boom to exit had not been faulty,
