BAD SERVICES

HELLO PETTER please help the services that we receive from the customer service in gautrain is not working at all, more specially for us using a wheelchair we dont feel like they are there for us when we need help. when the lifts are not working we are stuck all they will say is they cant help us we have to wait for the people to come and fix the lift and they dont even know how long is going to take. I THINK MANAGEMENT SHOULD RE-THINK THE WHOLE THING THEY MUST HAVE PLAN B IF THE LIFTS ARE OFF, AND THE MANAGERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE AROUNG AT EACH STATIONS WHEN WE NEED THEM. I NEED AN ANSWER ON HOW IS GOING TO BE SOLVED. IF NOT ILL POST IT ON TWEETER AND FACEBOOK EVEN GO ON MEDIA. today i had to wait while i was running late to go to work.
