bad service from Centurion Gautrain station

Yesterday I got on a bus and on the way the bus driver just decided to stop and smoke,causing me to be late for my appointments and he saw nothing wrong with that. .that's very unprofessional and disappointing especially when I'm still new to using a Gautrain.Today the train comes and it's full on one side and I quickly rush to the other side,just as I get to the door after passing one of the train assistance/driver,the door closes just after he signal and the train just leaves..This is not the kind of service I expected and it's very disappointing..
