Bad service ever

Today I was ****ed off by 2 stupid staff members of gautrain bosman station. Every time when I come here I never had a problem at parking. But today because their system is offline they tell me bull****. Owen and his stupid lady supervisor need orientation on customer service. The Lady she was rude and said to me I can even complain on their website as what I'm telling her its not true. Was treated like a ******** and Owen was busy laughing like this is a joke. They must be trained on how to talk to people. I'm so ****ed really. Train your staff properly.
