Bad service

A driver took me from revonia going to guatrain station in Sandton and told me to get off the bus along the way with a baby in a road I am not fami**** with because the payment was on going through on both my cards when there was Money on the cards only to find that the amount was deducted, it was only a system error. Anything could have happened to me and son on the road and they are aware that the machines do give a problem when paying with a card yet I was inconvenienced. What a terrible experience.
