Bad planning!

<p>What an unorganised public transport system, its not by any means cheap to travel using the gautrain, explain to me why that on one of the busiest lines during peak hour you send a four cart train, we literally cannot move, people cant get on or get out, missing their stations all because we are trapped in like sardines! I would love to know what your thinking is as this is not only frustrating, inconvenient but dangerous too. People get frustrated to the extent that there is pushing and shoving causing arguments which is verifiable. We pay alot for your services and this is the poor service we receive! Not happy</p>
