BAD INFORMATION AND SERVICE

My MD and his Fianc? went out on the 7th January from Rhodesfield to Sandton return, firstly they did look at the website and it stated the last train will leave at approximately 21h35pm from Sandton to Rhodesfield, they got there at 21h03 and were informed the last train has left to Rhodesfield by the security, at 20h30pm, and that the last one for OR Tambo was at 21h00, they then had to organise a taxi to pick them up and take them back to Rhodesfield, only to be told they are closed and cannot get their ticket paid for to remove their vehicle from the parking until the following morning. this is totally disgusting service, the whole point of the R1 bus & R1 Parking initiative was to attract more customers, but with the inaccurate planning via the website this will be turning many away!!
