Bad Experience

Bad experience. Rude train driver started shouting at us and closed the doors and left. We had to wait for next train. Complained to station supervisor however rude as well. Also when they issue cards they say 5 years however after 1 year on non use expires and you loose you creadit funds. This should be printed on cards
