Bad customer service at their till point

I wanted to reload my card at their till point and there was a tall coloured lady wearing eye glasses and she's totally rude, I'm telling her my the machine it's not asking for my pin number and her reply was "I DONT KNOW I DONT WORK WITH THOSE CARD MACHINE"
