Bad Attitude from Tshepo Morala

I wanted to load R500.00 for the week. Went to a consultant window and I asked him (Tshepo Morala) to load R500.00 and he was busy chit chatting with someone at the back while assisting me. He then asked me how much again and told him R500.00 the spoke to whoever he was chatting. A minute later after he was done chatting and loading my card, he then asked me how much I wanted to be loaded AGAIN I said R500.00.He then responded by saying that he made and error and loaded R1000.00.Waht happened after left me perplexed to say the least. He then said to me I need to file for a refund (with I don't care attitude) which will take 7 working days and demanded that I bring a copy of my bank statement, he then gave me my card back and the slip and then called his supervisor. He then called the next person in the queue. What an insult!!!<br> Why should I be inconvenienced like this waiting for 7 days for a refund which was your consultant's error in the first place...I demand that I be refunded my money TODAY!!!!Was Tshepo taken for training? The attitude he has a stinking attitude which drags your brand through the mud. He should be taken back to training and I can offer my services.
