AWFUL SERVICE RUINED MY TRIP????????????

I boarded from Park intending to get off at Rhodesfield and take Taxify to the airport for my 7:30 flight cause I didn't have enough funds to ride till the airport . To my surprise in Rhodesfied when I tried to exit the doors couldn't open, only then I was told by the guard that the coach I'm in is strictly for airport commuters. I was forced to phone and borrow money from friends so I could pay and exit the station in time for my flight. Gautrain is not user friendly and the staff is not helpful at all. I was this close to missing my flight!!!
