Assault by a Bus Driver

On 3 Dec 2015 I caught the s5 6:20 bus from Sandton to Fourways as I normally do.<br> At my stop I was standing at the rear door waiting for the driver to open the door but he did not, I waited a few moments later thinking he had just missed me so i pressed the buzzer. He just starred at me in the rear-view mirror. Fearing he would drive off and be conscious that other passengers also needed to get to their destinations I hobbled (I am wearing a leg brace due to a fractured ankle) to the front door and asked him why he didnt open the door. He responded with \That door is only for wheelchairs". I then said that the door is there for all passengers and all every passenger uses them daily to get off. As I climbed down the step the bus driver retorted with \""Just because you had a bad night don't take it out on me\"".<br> I proceeded to turn around and take a photo of the driver who jumped out of his seat and grabbed my phone. I immediately hoisted myself up and snatched my phone from his grasp to which he yelled at me in front of the remaining passenger \""Don't push me\"". As I again tried to climb off the driver shut the door on me and threatened to drive off with me half hanging out the door!"""
