Arrogant bus driver

<p>I have was late for a very important mmeeting because some arrogant Guatrain bus driver zfx139GP decided to not stop for me. At the first stop he stopped far from the bus stop, as I proceed towards him he drove off. Then I chase him to the next stop and he trues to drive straight past me. I manage to stop him and ask him if he is not taking any customers and he says he is, I ask him why he did not stop he says I stopped him too late. Excuse me! Is that not a gautrain bus STOP? If you were doing me a favour I would accept your disregard for a customer. But I am paying my own money!!! This kind of customer service is appalling</p>
