APPALLING GAUTRAIN SERVICE!!!!!!

I am utterly shocked that everyone is experiencing the same appalling service that I, as a customer / commuter experiencing.

I get a sense that the Gautrain or Metrorail perceive a service as a favor. I am yet to receive my refund which emanated from expired trips during the strike. It has been a month now, really!!! Not only were we, as the commuters inconvenienced by a strike which took place mid-month, (monthly trips already purchased, thus no way of funding alternatives) but we are also being highly inconvenienced and disregarded post the strike period. This is unacceptable, and I will not rest until something is done about it, COMPLETE.
