2 & a half months & STILL no refund?!

I was charged DOUBLE when loading credit onto my gold card... I filled in all the forms I needed for a refund and Boitumelo Monyebane (Supervisor) from Rosebank Station has not reverted back to me after endless mails and messages and calls from my side. This has been going on for TWO & a HALF MONTHS now. Wait until I take this to the newspaper.
