WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT???

DON'T EVER GO TO GAUTENG VEHICLE AUCTIONEERS OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I am waiting for my R5K registration fee deposit - which according to the contract signed when we receive a paddle to bid - is fully refundable if no vehicle is purchased. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund, every time we call they have an excuse as to why it has not been refunded.
