Vehicle not registered after a Month

I bought a Car on the 24 October and Gauteng Vehicle Auctioneers and they gave me 21 Days permit that has expired on the 11 November today i have parked the car due to that they promised to register the car under my name and nothing has been done to date.<br> <br> They don't even answer my calls, SMS and emails. If i had powers i would just return the car, demand my money back as they are out to ******* the people, they dont care if we get arrested or not even their permit was **********.<br> <br> <br>
