Gauteng Auctions : Refund!!!!!

After having been excited about taking part in my first car auction on Saturday 14/09/2018 i am now greatly disappointed as i am struggling to get my deposit back despite having been assured that it would be refunded on the same day. I followed up on 17/09 and was told that the ownwer ****r Mohammed is overseas and will be back on 18/09 to process refunds. Today 18/09 i am informed that he is not back and therefore my R5000 refund cannot be processed. Gauteng Auctions where is your customer care? Frustrated!!!!
