Car Papers Still Pending 30 Days later

Hi, i am very disappointed in this company. I bought a Ford Figo 2015 from there auction in January 2019 and in contract stated that i would get my car papers within 21 days. Its now a full month and still no car papers. I advise other people not to buy from this company as they might be **********.
