Bought a car 2months months no reg. Papers

This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with I am still struggling to get my papers, they give you ****ty stories and pass the buck to some stupid arrogant Mr Pillay ********** that ignores your calls and just put phone down on you calls. Please nobody should ever buy cars from them I just had enough of all this lies a what else can I say. Can anybody assist me in sorting this out
