Horrible service - People shout at you over the phone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The person who answered the phone when I wanted to request a price was shouting at me. He asked what trolley I was interested in, I answered and it followed with a question for the size. When I asked what sizes they have, he started shouting at me that it is custom. When I asked if I could give the necessary details so that he can send me a quote, I was shouted at again that I should send an email. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
