Unfair Negative Reviews

I read the 3 negative reviews on Hellopeter and cancelled my order. Russell assured me these 3 reviews are very unfair and one sided. At least he reverted to me after I cancelled. It is a pity Russell did not respond to these reviews. It would have changed my mind had I seen the other side of the story.
