Good morning I would like to complain about the DSTV technicians that are overcharging when they are called out to fix a problem. My mom a pensioner had a problem with her TV the first installer came charged a call out fee of R350, then he confirmed the eye was damager to that we had to pay an additional R250.00 okay accepted although I don't think an eye cost R250.00. Thereafter the TV did not get a signal or picture in the bedroom, we called again today 08/12/2021 Chris an installer comes he gets a picture but no sound. He says he cant get the sound in addition to that we had to pay another R350.00 plus another R100.00. I am not being ****** but all the foreign nationals that are installers are really overcharging us. This is not our first experience. DSTV Please have a training centre that will train and equip our young South African youngsters who do not have jobs to do the work.
