Poor Quality and Service

The suppliers erected a roof at my house. They completed the structure which is leaking due to incorrect procedures. I have contacted the owner builder numerous times since end of December 2015 to come and fix the problem but they never turn up. Their service is very poor and disappointing. I will not recommend them to anyone.
