No progress on pension documents

I resigned from department of health on 28 nov 2014. My district sent all my resignation and pension documents to GSSC on the 27/11/14 this was confirmed by the GSSC call centre. The documents for pension processing have yet to be processed and sent to GEPF 2 months following receiving the documents. I contacted the relevant person ( Amelia Moekena) on 28/1/15 who told me she had lots of work to do and hadn't finished with the documents. She advised me to contact her the following week to check how far she was with the documents. When I try to phone to follow up I get a voice mail that is full and I am unable to speak to her. On one occasion I was fortunate to be able to leave a message but have yet to receive a response. This is bad service and incompetence! I am in desperate need for my documents to go to GEPF for my pension payout.
