Mom's money not paid out

Good afternoon<br> <br> My mother retired on the 31st March 2015. She completed all documents needed around October 2014 for her retirement. To date, she hasn't been paid her leave days, outstanding payments for night duty & holidays worked. <br> <br> I as her daughter went to deliver her papers at the GEPF offices in Johannesburg & I was informed that her papers @ GSSC had been rejected and she had to contact her HR department at Tembisa Hospital. She then did & was informed it's because the calculations of her leave days on her papers were wrong.<br> <br> We believe that all was sorted.<br> <br> She phoned again today & spoke to someone @ the HR department of Tembisa Hospital who told her her papers had been returned again with errors & they were sent back to GSSC yesterday.<br> <br> Can you please assist me or her on getting the feedback on her pension fund. Please assist by contacting me because I'm assisting her to sort out this mess.
