Gauteng Refrigeration - Unprofessional and ************* - *******s

Disappointing service, unprofessional and they don't honour their guarantees. Gauteng Refrigeration attended to the problem of my fridge forming excessive ice inside on 17 December 2020 and I paid them cash R1800 (no new parts installed) for the job. The problem recurred thereafter and on 14 January 2021 I reported it to them but they don't respond and they avoid my calls. I dealt with a guy called Ronnie who is the owner and he showed no interest in my problem. I will never use them ever again. Sad that this is the kind of service we get in South Africa. Its so frustrating and disappointing to get ********** like this. Now knowing them, I doubt that I can get my money back or if I can trust them in my house again. This company gives BEE businesses a bad reputation! This is so unfair!
