Bad service

Hi I'm Elisa oumakie Raleting I did my laybuy at refinery store jubilee mall hammanskraal.im not able to go to the store and at the beginning of January I send my sister and she was told it's not possible to be assisted they need letter ok and today I send my sister and she was told to come tomorrow.

I wrote concern letter I'm allowing her to relaybye everything. I called head office and I was told their are only dealing with online purchases.

I'm not happy with the service and the way I was assistant by the lady in store cause my sister called and she don't have patience for consumers.
