Bad service

I do not like the service I received at Refinery location, The Glen mall around Oakdene, I stood for more than 30mins because non of the Cashier's wanted to assist. The Cashier that gave me the bad service was Sne I do not know her full name. Everytime I go to that shop I get the same attitude from her and it's actually annoying because I do not go to that shop anymore.
