Let me start by saying that I was completely surprised to see a woman show up at my door to assess my pool which, admittedly made me skeptical but man was I wrong! As soon as Sharika started to explain to me what was happening with my pool I immediately felt at ease. She really knows her trade very well and she was able to diagnose my pool immediately.
