Gauteng removers are a bunch of *******

So I requested Gauteng Removers to move my household content on a certain date about three weeks ahead of the move. Our rental agency unfortunately stuffed us around twice, and we had to move the date with the moving company twice, as this does unfortunately happen. When we finally had a confirmed and final date the third time around, the guy assisting us with the quote requested that we make a deposit this time around, which I felt was fair as we had to cancel twice, baring in mind that the dates we canceled for was on the 1st of a new month and the 25th, which are some of the busiest moving dates for any moving company, and any respectable company would take details even if they are full in case of a cancellation. I proceeded to make the deposit, and then got told that they could not move on the new moving date. I politely requested a refund, but got told that they would be keeping my deposit anyway because I canceled twice before. Nowhere is there a clause on their website or quote stating that deposits are non refundable, this is blatant theft. Till date, over three weeks and counting I have still not received a refund, these guys are ********* and refuse me the owners details.
