Unhappy client

Gauteng motors in Pretoria central shocking service.I was interested in buying a BMW x3 went to test drive deal was approced and was ready to collect only when it came to signing there was added amounts such as warranty amount of 12900 and delivery of 3045.i questioned this and they said it's compulsory.i didnt want the warranty and I was collecting the vehicle myself.They informed me that if I don't accept the warranty I cannot proceed with the deal.Very unprofessional and ********* business practise.
