No respect for clients an no service

So i went and looked at a vehicle at gauteng motors and the dealer that helped me "JACO" told me he wont even buy the vehicle for himself but he has a better vehicle for me so we went and look at the vehicle where the price is almost R30,000.00 and i liked the vehicle but the vehicle had a problem with bubbles on the two front wheels an we came to a agreement that they will replace the tyres for me and i asked for any proof they have to say that they did replace the tyres or any payment to say they did let tyres be fitted on the vehicle and they couldn't provide me with any proof. So i went and fetch the vehicle on the Friday 29/03/2019 and took the vehicle the saterdag 30/03/2019 to tyger wheel and tyre in krugersdorp and they showed me that the two front tyres still has a bubble on and the left rear tyre as well but the front left rim is bent so as i got the news i phoned "JACO" and told him whats going on and all promises he told me that he will sort it out for me i must get the price "R750" and let them send him the invoice and i didn't get any response or an update so 24 days later 23/04/2019 i phoned "JACO" and asked him whats going in seeing that im not getting a response from him and "JACO" told me that he is very busy but the people at TWT krugersdorp did send him the wrong things and he want a quotation with the gauteng motors VAT number on it and then i told "JACO" how come he didn't contact me regarding that and again the response was he is to busy and while waiting again for a response i drove with the vehicle and a i got of the highway wat 14th Avenue the one tyre popped "ONE OF THE FRONT TYRES WITH THE BUBBLE" so i phoned "JACO" to tell him whats going on an i couldn't get hold of him so he only send me a WhatsApp back as i did send him photos of the tyre that popped an the one with the bubble and i only got a response from him a couple of days later so i phone him on the 17/05/19 the friday and "JACO" told me that i must bring the vehicle in and they will sort it out for me "AGAIN" and i told "JACO" that i need the vehicle for the weekend so i can only bring the rims for him so "JACO" told me that i will not have any warranty if it will happen again so i told him i will only be able to bring the vehicle and tyres on the 25/05/2019 Saturday and "JACO" agreed to it so i left the vehicle there from the 25/05/2019 till the 01/06/2019 and thay apparently did fix the rim and did put a second hand tyre on the one that popped as i confronted "JACO" about it he said they will not replace the tyre with the bubble on it and as we have the argument there was two other dealers that gor involved in the argument and told me that they are a multi million company and if they lose me it will not make a difference and that i have no money thats why i financed the vehicle thought the bank.

This dealership has no respect for they clients and as long as they got the money from the bank they will not give you any service at all an to tell the client to F-OFF the property is disrespectful
