It was a short honeymoon.....

I bought a car from Gauteng Motors in Pretoria in March - after having the car for only two months, I had to replace the front brakes myself, because they said the brakes where check and passed the inspection - I was not happy but eventually I replaced the brakes with my own money - although my car is still under warrantee. I thought it was Christmas, every morning a new light would shine on my dashboard, i kept telling Gauteng motors what lights were shining so nice for my every time i started my car, they kept insisting - nothing is wrong with my car. After the "check the engine" light started shining they agreed (just keep in mind this is now weeks of telling them something is wrong, sending them photos, even videos) i can take my car back for them to check. My car was at Gauteng motors for 16 days - they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car - being frustrated and not happy with their feedback, i collected my car - they did NOTHING. The same lights were still shining lovely. I then took my car to an BMW dealership - they had my car for 2 hours and send a two page report of ALL the faults on my car. I then sent this report to Gauteng Motors who could not find any faults in 16 days. After begging and fighting and pleading they agreed i can take my car back so they can have a look again. After two weeks, again, nothing had happened. last week they finally got my warrantee claim approved, but that also was supposed to take a few days. They never ever give me an update, gosh sometimes they do not even reply to my WhatsApp - today its 3 weeks and 2 days - they are still waiting for the warrantee although the salesperson keeps telling me the garage started working on my car last week, i find it very hard to believe. Every day i ask for an update, every day they say they are busy with my car, it won’t take long. The finance company who is quick to take my money every month, has not once rep**** to my email, text messages, or called me back. I bought this car in March - and all together now it’s been back at Gauteng motor for nearly 6 weeks. They don’t offer me a car to use while they have my car, no updates, i just need to be patient, they will get to my car when they can. Its so sad that the service before i bought the car was GREAT and efficient - after they took my deposit and got their sale - they have not called me back ONE TIME! Really poor service, very poor
