Good initial service, poor after-sales service with comebacks

In December I bought an S-Type Jaguar. No issues at the time and the service was great. By early January there were already faults on the car. It kept going into limp mode, showing parkbrake/gearbox faults, leaking back window and the boot wouldn't close properly. They took the car back to repair the items and I had a loan car. So imagine my frustration when NONE of the items were fixed. Eventually after much hassle I fixed them myself: leaking window, R400 to reseal. Battery (allegedly new when the car was sold to me), dying, R2150 to replace. The fault errors, down to a loose sensor, R500. Lock, R2150 for a used replacement due to no stock.

So the car is great now; but Gauteng Motors were severely let down by whoever they use to service or fix their cars before selling them, and clearly the issues they were fixing for nearly a month were not addressed at all.
