Very Bad Building / Roofing Ethics

They did not complete my roofing job due to an altercation with the resident who objected fiercely to their very shoddy work ethics. Cindy, the owner, has refused to finish the roof, blocked me on Whattsapp, refuses to answer my calls and the extra R980.00 I paid for her to finish the job she refuses to give back. So in essence she has ****** my money and basically commited ***** to teach me a lesson as they could not finish the job due to this altercation with the resident who was fiercly objecting to their sloppy jobs with TWO of our roofs. We have many pictures as evidence of the bad workmanship and Cindy has refused to acknowledge these errors AFTER sending her other team to assess the situation who acknowledged these errors to her as well as to the resident, so she has ****** my money which I paid in advance for a section they left undone. I did not get a statement or a receipt for the R980. She asked for my bank details but has kept the money. When I asked why the money was not deposited yet, her excuse was she was paying from FNB to ABSA! She is running a business but has never heard of immediate payment or Payshap. The other few thousands Cindy accounted for via email but not the R980 she has decided to keep out of spite as the resident was badly in their faces due to their errors.
