Take Money - No Service

I paid this company in August 2021 to get a drivers card renewal booking for me, after a week a called to hear the progress as my license would expire in September, they said they would escalate it for me, a week later i called again, same story, to date I still have not recieved a call from them regarding a booking, Thankfully the online booking system upgraded and allowed you to ask for the next available booking and i was able to get one. Today this company sends me a message about a new service they offer to collect your license card for you, WHAT IN THE WORLD MADE THEM THINK I WOULD USE THEM AFTER THEIR SERVICE, they just took my money and that was the end of it so I wrote them a message back saying exactly this, their response was " we apologize for your bad experience" I wrote back don't apologize reimburse me. Just as i expected there was no reply to that one.
