Gauteng License Bookings is a ****! DO NOT waste your money!!

It is a **** and DO NOT waste your money on them!! Paid R240 upfront and got no feedback at all! I had to call them ***) and one lady was telling me I will get a response within 40 mins to secure a booking slot at RTMC. Waited the whole day and no response at all!!! I had to go to RTMC the next day myself to make my own booking. Now when I request the refund and they refused by saying I made my own booking so they couldn't refund.

So, if I don't make my own booking, how long are you guys going to ignore my request???

Now they came up with excuses saying they need 7/14 working days process for the bookings. But how come the customer service never mentioned about it? instead she told me I will get my response within 40 mins!??!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on Gauteng License Bookings. Rather go book yourself on the Natis Online website instead of paying them R240 and got NOTHING but excuses!
