Disappointed and unhappy

I was terribly disappointed with this service. I paid a R240 fee to get an online booking to renew my license card because there are never available slots online. I selected my preferred dates and completed the booking. My booking was for none of the available dates I selected. Furthermore, the booking was made on the date I start a new job. When I mentioned this to the consultant, I was plainly told that I will need to rebook and pay another R240. Why are all online slots always unavailable but these companies somehow find availability. I have just lost R240 and Incredibly unhappy.
