No phone - no money - no contact :-(

<p>Bought a very expensive phone on Black Friday at Gauteng hot Deals. Got it the following week only to find out it was faulty. Phoned the company they told me *I* should take it to the istore to fix - explained to them that no way would I do that, they need to exchange it. Returned the phone and was told it wasn't faulty, it was "just" locked (all the same to me, it meant it didn't work). received a call 2 days later, they had the new phone, but because of the inconvenience they would upgrade me to a newer model. I declined, because i need the large screen phone. Went there to pick it up the following day to be told that they didn't have the phone in the shop, it was still at the warehouse. They would courier it to me the following day. Instead of a phone I got a call to say that the phone was out of stock (it was in stock the day before???). I agreed I would wait for 1 week to get it. ... waited ... no phone, no com. Phoned the following monday to be told the manager would phone me back - nothing, phoned on Tuesday, same reply. Someone phoned me back eventually and said it would be delivered by the end of the week (that was the week BEFORE Christmas. By Friday (23.12) I still had not received my phone. Tried to contact them - no reply. Checeked the website and found a message that they were closed till the new year. All orders paid for BEFORE 22.12 (I paid mine in November!) would be delivered by the 30.12. That is today ... no phone, no call, no money :-(. On Tuesday I will lay a charge against this company. I am SO disapointed and annoyed. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them. Any advise and/or help would be much appreciated.</p>
