Being “mechanically challenged” felt rather concerned with all the apparent technical aspects and requirements in obtaining a suitable generator for our premises. We contacted Gauteng Generators where Ian was happy to meet with us on our premises to assist in assessing our requirements. Obviously highly expert in the industry Ian did so advising us of the most ideal unit to acquire. He thereafter collected said unit, set up and demonstrated the care, maintenance and storage of same. He also offered to cover the maintenance of the unit when required. Ian’s level of patience, care, advice, explanation and assistance in setting up our entire requirement so expertly and quickly was exceptional and simply quite extraordinary.
