poor builder response

Had my concealed water leak under my patio repaired through standard bank insurance and then the flooring of tiles and concrete had to broken ,after the repair a builder by the name of Donovan from Gauteng flooring and projects was assigned to come and repair this, he was quick to come and have a look and the job and saw it was not a big high paying job so after he commited he cancels twice, got rude on sms's, what he forgot is that he is dealing with a customer not one of his workers, please stay away from this guy
