They keep on saying there is Backlog ,I live in fear

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has been pending for two years since the passing of my husband, Ralph Jacob Jones. As his spouse, I am reaching out to request assistance with the processing of our permits.

We had a total of five permits, and I also held temporary permits, including 11 approved permits. However, despite my efforts, I have only received R7200 from the Taxi Relief Fund for one permit, instead of the five permits that we were eligible for.

I find it perplexing that one permit was left under my late husband's name, and I kindly request that this be transferred to my name. Furthermore, I have already paid for the necessary receipts, and I am concerned about the delay in processing these permits.

Regrettably, I have been receiving death threats, which I believe are unjustified and stressful. I urge you to look into this matter and assist me in resolving the permit issues as soon as possible.
